Dr Siddhartha Das, is a postdoctoral fellow (Marie Skłodowska Individual Fellowship) at Université libre de Bruxelles, Brussels (Belgium). Das has a PhD in Physics from Louisiana State University and BS-MS from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune. His area of research is in the field of quantum information theory.
Over the last several months he has been keenly following developments in India regarding COVID-19 guidelines and testing. He has been working with groups like the All India Drug Action Network on monitoring regulatory approval processes for COVID drugs and vaccines and involved in advocacy for greater transparency in regulatory decision-making and from corporations.
