Neha Mishra is Assistant Professor of Practice at the Centre for Writing & Pedagogy, Krea University. Trained as a literature scholar, Neha worked as a development editor at Pearson Education, NOIDA, before joining Krea-CWP. At Pearson, she edited higher education books across the disciplines of psychology, behavioural neuroscience, and education among others. Her editorial experience led her to guest-edit, with Pushpesh Kumar and Sayantan Datta, a special issue of the Community Development Journal (OUP) on “Queer and Trans Community Building in Post-NALSA and Post-377 India” (2024). She is currently guest-editing, with Sayantan Datta and Vivek Tewary, a special issue of the Contemporary Education Dialogue (SAGE) on “Teaching Reading & Writing in STEMM” (forthcoming; 2026). Along with Sayantan Datta, she has co-authored “Paam Padati”, a chapter in Decolonial Keywords (2025; ed. Sasanka Perara & Renny Thomas; Tulika Books & Columbia University Press).
Some of her current work includes understanding ethical implications of large language models (LLMs) & generative AI for student learning, pedagogical practices, and academic research—a topic on which she has conducted several workshops and delivered talks at institutes across India since 2022.
